Phase 1: Strategy & calendar — Here we’ll conduct an audit of your existing content, assess your competitors’, and speak to some of your core team members and customers to understand what sets you apart and makes your brand tick. We’ll then turn this into a comprehensive strategy that will act as your single source of truth for all your future content needs.
Phase 2: Foundation building — In this stage, we’ll work on laying the groundwork by developing research-driven content to fill in gaps and address your customers’ key questions and concerns. If you don’t already have them, we’ll set up some owned channels to help enable your sales team and meet your customers where they are.
Phase 3: Lead nurturing — In this stage, it’s time to start nurturing potential buyers. There’s a few ways we can do this — whether by developing a comprehensive guide that acts as a lead magnet, getting crystal clear on a newsletter, or crafting a high-touch email campaign that speaks to your target buyer.
Phase 4: Scale & optimize — It’s now time to maximize your reach and build your credibility. In this stage, we’ll focus on maintaining consistency and meeting your customers where they are through our well-oiled content machine. We’ll also continuously assess our progress and seek new opportunities to help you grow.
